Returns, and Exchange Policy
Honorable Services wants to you to be happy with your purchase so we accept returns on some merchandise up to 30 days after delivery. Merchandise must be in new, unused condition and have all original boxes, parts, documentation and packaging. Non-returnable items include personalized products such as the following: anything engraved or that is made-to-order. Please double check your spelling when ordering any item that is engraved. We are not responsible for typos.
Of course, defective merchandise or order errors made by Honorable Services will be corrected. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Additionally, if the free shipping option was selected for delivery, the cost of the economy shipping method will be deducted from the refund amount.
If you need to return an item, please contact customer service for assistance. Please do not attempt to return merchandise without being issued an RMA by customer service. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
For orders that are older than 30 days we can not accept returns for any reason.
