This badge was specifically made for presentation to Pat Garrett after he killed one of the most famous outlaws in the old west, "Billy the Kid." The original badge was made of solid gold and said to be inscribed on the back, "To Pat Garrett with the best regards of A.J. Fountain 1881"

We manufacture our Old West replica badges out of brass and steel. They are double-stamped then silver plated. Next, each badge is individually hand finished for a unique antique look.
